Who we are
A local church with a simple mission.
Love God. Love Others. Make Disciples.
Our mission
Following Jesus, together.
We want every part of our church life to flow from love for God, love for people, and obedience to Jesus’ call to make disciples.
That means worshiping with sincerity, learning from Scripture, caring for one another, serving our community, and sharing the good news of Jesus.
What we believe
The faith we share.
These statements are a concise summary. Scripture is our final authority for faith and life.
The Bible
We believe the Bible is God’s inspired Word and our trustworthy guide for what we believe and how we live.
God
We believe in one God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—Creator, holy, loving, and worthy of all worship.
Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus is the Son of God, crucified for our sins, raised from the dead, and reigning as Lord.
Salvation
We are saved by God’s grace through faith in Jesus. Scripture calls us to repent, confess Christ, and be baptized into Him. Baptism is essential to salvation.
The Church
We believe the church is Christ’s body—a family called to worship, grow, serve, and make disciples together.
Christian Life
We follow Jesus through the Holy Spirit’s help, growing in holiness, love, prayer, generosity, and faithful obedience.
Leadership
Serving our church family.
Tom Cash is listed in public sources as the preaching minister.
God’s Plan of Salvation
Grace received through obedient faith.
Salvation is God’s gift, made possible through the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. We cannot earn it. Scripture shows us how to receive God’s saving grace through faith that responds to Him.
“Repent and be baptized, every one of you.”
Acts 2:38How does Scripture tell us to respond?
These are not a mechanical formula or a ladder by which we earn salvation. Together they describe the obedient response of faith to which God calls us in the gospel.
-
01
Hear the gospel.
Faith begins by hearing the good news of Jesus Christ.
Romans 10:17 · 1 Corinthians 15:1–4
-
02
Believe in Jesus.
Believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and trust Him as Lord and Savior.
John 3:16 · John 20:30–31 · Hebrews 11:6
-
03
Repent of sin.
Turn away from sin and turn toward God with a changed heart and life.
Luke 13:3 · Acts 2:38 · Acts 17:30
-
04
Confess Christ.
Openly confess your faith that Jesus Christ is Lord and the Son of God.
Matthew 10:32 · Romans 10:9–10
-
05
Essential
Be baptized into Christ.
A believing, repentant person is baptized—immersed in water—for the forgiveness of sins.
Baptism is essential to salvation. It is not optional or merely symbolic.
Baptism does not earn salvation. It is God’s appointed response of obedient faith. In baptism, God unites us with Christ’s death and resurrection, washes away our sins, and clothes us with Christ.
Acts 2:38 · Acts 22:16 · Romans 6:3–4 · Galatians 3:27 · Colossians 2:12 · 1 Peter 3:21
-
06
Live faithfully.
Continue following Jesus through worship, fellowship, prayer, Scripture, service, and faithful obedience.
Acts 2:42 · Colossians 1:10 · Revelation 2:10
